What are the formal check-in and check-out timings?
Standard check-in begins at 12:00:00 and leisurely check-out is until 11:00:00. Early check-in or late departure can be arranged complimentary for all suite guests subject to availability.
How do I coordinate airport transfers?
Simply inform the Chief Concierge at least 12 hours prior to arrival with your flight details. Our chauffeur with a private Rolls-Royce or luxury vehicle will greet you right at the arrival terminal with chilled towels and refreshments.
Are special dietary requirements catered for?
Yes. Our Master Chefs personally craft custom Jain, Pure Vegetarian, Halal, Gluten-Free, and Vegan tasting menus. Please inform us upon booking or when seated.
